Click and Collect combines the convenience of shopping online from the comfort of your own home with access to Hot Spring's highly energy efficient 10amp spa pools which can be plugged into any 10amp power outlet. No need for additional electrical or sparky costs - just plug-in and play. See full terms and conditions

Step 1 - Shop Online

Choose from our wide range of super energy efficient Hot Spring Spas Plug'n'Play 10amp spa pools, browse now and speak with one of our online sale professionals from 8am-10pm daily. 

Step 2 - Click and Buy

Request to buy to complete your spa order by filling up the online form at the bottom of the page and select your local participating Hot Spring dealership for pick up.

Step 3 - Collect

You will receive an email to confirm when your Hot Spring spa is ready for collection (within 3-7 days). Please read over the email carefully and follow the instructions. You will need to provide a valid ID (passport or NZ drivers licence) and a copy of your proof of purchase for spa collection at our contactless collection point.

Step 4 - Install and Enjoy

Your Hot Spring Sales Professional will provide a virtual handover once your spa pool is filled.

What You'll Need...

Before Pick Up...

  • Flat and level surface
  • Valid ID - we accept passport or NZ drivers license
  • A suitable towing vehicle and trailer - please refer to your spa dimensions to ensure adequate length and dimensions
  • A minimum of 3 heavy duty straps at least 5000kg capacity 

 

After Pick Up...

  • A trolley which can be hired from your local hire pool shop 
  • A garden hose to fill your spa pool
  • A 10amp power outlet within 10 meters of spa pool
